Model Y Passive Entry

Led an interdisciplinary team of 15 engineers to design, source, test, certify, and mass produce Tesla's next-generation wireless hardware system. Technical product owner for keycards, keyfobs, and Model Y passive entry within Tesla's Electronics Systems and Autopilot team.

Managed DFM, prototype builds, and production line bring-up with suppliers across three continents. Led 5 wireless sensors from concept to mass manufactured product in one year, achieving 1 million annual production capacity. Coordinated system-level testing and led executive reviews, beginning implementation of multi-million dollar annual cost-down initiatives.

Re-launched Model 3/Y Keyfob in Australia following legal stop-sale and expanded product to new markets. Collaborated across engineering, software, manufacturing, test, integration, product, finance, service, NPI, and compliance teams.
